Application Details:

Limited Spots: Only 18 spots are available. We expect more applications than openings. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.
Selection Date: Participants will be chosen by December 15, 2025.
Eligibility: Applicants must be active participants at Flatland, which includes:
Engagement in the Discipleship Pathway and Life Groups
Regular attendance at Sunday services
Generosity with time and resources

➡️ Priority will be given to first-time mission trip participants.

Once Selected

Fundraising Funds:
If donations exceed your trip cost, extra funds will go to the Team Fund. (Please note this in your fundraising letters.)
If you withdraw after fundraising donations have been received, no funds will be refunded to you or your donors. Contributions will be used at the discretion of Flatland Global Missions.
Trip Expectations:
This trip may include construction or physical labor. If you are unable to perform physical tasks, please indicate this in the health section of your application.
First-time mission trip attendees may qualify for a scholarship.
Attendance at 4 out of 6 team meetings is required.
